Case Study: Asensia

Restructuring Asensia's website around its areas of IT expertise.

Asensia, a Luxembourg IT services company, presented its entire offer on a single page. LostWoods™ restructured the site into dedicated pages and built the design system that keeps every page consistent.

Digital design

Long-term coherence

The context

Asensia had grown into a team of more than 80 IT experts in cloud, security, ServiceNow, data and AI, yet its website still fitted everything onto a single page. The company needed a structure able to present each expertise clearly to decision-makers, and a design that would stay consistent from one page to the next.

The shift

From a single page to a clear place for every expertise.

We started with structure: which pages the site needed, what each page had to say and how search engines would read it. We then turned Asensia's brand guidelines into a small set of design rules. Only then did we design the pages, on desktop and mobile, inside that system.

Before

Asensia's website presented everything on one page, which made the offer hard to read and its strongest expertise hard to find.

  • The whole site on a single page
  • No dedicated page for each service
  • Products and services mixed in one list
  • ServiceNow not mentioned anywhere
  • No main heading (H1) for search engines
  • Repeated sections and outdated links

What needed to change

The site needed a structure that gave each expertise its own place, and shared rules to keep every page consistent.

  • Dedicated pages for each part of the offer
  • Six clear areas of expertise
  • ServiceNow given its own visible place
  • One H1 per page and FAQs written for search
  • One navigation and one main call to action
  • Reusable type, colour and button rules

The Outcome

What Asensia now has in hand

Asensia received the complete page designs for desktop and mobile, together with the design system behind them, delivered as an editable Figma file ready for development.

  • A readable offer

Each area of expertise has its own place, so visitors can see the full scope of Asensia's services and find ServiceNow without searching.

  • A structure search engines can read

Dedicated pages, one H1 per page and FAQs give Asensia a clear base for being found on its key services.

  • A system that is easy to extend

Text styles, colour tokens and components are defined once, so new pages, articles or services can be added without losing consistency.
